We target bacteria and viruses like Parvo, Giardia, and other common pet-related threats, so your lawn becomes a cleaner, healthier place for everyone who uses it—paws or bare feet alike.
We understand that your yard is more than just a pet bathroom—it's where your kids play, where you unwind, and where memories are made. That’s why our sanitize/deodorizing service is designed to be safe around pools, spas, patios, outdoor furniture, kennels, animal housing, and even food and beverage areas. It’s also completely effective on grass, turf, concrete, gravel, and rock—so no matter what kind of surface you have, we’ve got it covered. The solution we use neutralizes odors while creating a cleaner environment, giving you peace of mind with every breath.
Our sanitize/deodorizing service is available as a $12 added cost, per application, for reoccurring clients (weekly or twice monthly) and $40 for new clients. It’s an easy and affordable way to take your yard care to the next level. Whether you’re preparing for a backyard gathering, want added protection during the warmer months, or simply value a higher level of cleanliness, this service is designed with your peace of mind in mind.
