I Got You Poo β Terms of Service
Welcome to I Got You Poo, your trusted pet waste removal service. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Service Overview
I Got You Poo provides residential and commercial pet waste removal services. Services include weekly, bi-weekly, and one-time cleanup services. Waste is collected and disposed of in your on-site garbage container unless other arrangements have been made.
2. Service Requirements
Yards must be accessible, maintained (e.g., mowed), and free of hazards.
Aggressive animals must be secured prior to service. This includes closing doggie doors and notifying family members of these requirements.
Gates must be unlocked or access codes provided.
Service may be rescheduled or paused if conditions are unsafe, including but not limited to overgrown grass, excessive debris, standing water, pests, or hazardous terrain.
Dog Safety & Access Policy
The safety of your pets and our team is our top priority. To provide a smooth and safe experience during service visits, we ask that all customers follow these guidelines:
Dog Containment
For everyone's safety, dogs should be secured indoors or in a separate safe area away from the yard during your scheduled service window. This is required for any dog that is aggressive, territorial, or uncomfortable with strangers.
We will typically send an "on the way" text before arrival whenever possible so you know we're headed your way and can prepare the yard for service.
πΎ We love dogsβit's why we do what we do! πΎ
If your dog is friendly and you'd like us to build a relationship over time, let us know. We're always happy to work toward becoming a familiar and trusted face for your pup. We may even have treats available, with your permission, of course.
Building trust with your dog is one of our favorite parts of the job.
Our goal is to ensure:
No accidental escapes occur.
No unwanted interactions take place.
Service can be completed safely and efficiently.
Aggressive or Protective Dogs
If your dog has any history of aggression, territorial behavior, or does not do well with strangers:
Please notify us before service begins.
We reserve the right to pause, reschedule, or cancel service if we believe the environment is unsafe.
Repeated unsafe encounters may result in service termination at our discretion.
Thank you for helping us keep your pets and our staff safe. If you have questions, we're always happy to discuss the best way to work with your four-legged family members.
3. Payment & Billing Policy
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Card on File Required
A valid credit or debit card must be placed on file prior to the start of service. This helps secure your spot on our schedule and ensures uninterrupted service.
Prepaid Monthly Billing
All recurring services are billed on the 1st of each month and are prepaid for that month's scheduled services.
Mid-Month Sign-Ups
If you sign up after the 1st of the month, your initial charge will include:
This allows us to reserve your spot and begin service right away.
Payment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining current payment information on file. Declined or failed payments may result in delayed, paused, or discontinued service.
Refunds
There are no refunds for completed services.
If you have any billing questions, please contact us. We're happy to help.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service fee.
If your pet(s) will not be using the yard for an extended period due to vacation, illness, or other circumstances, please notify us in advance if you would like to temporarily pause service.
5. Weather Policy
Services continue in most weather conditions.
Severe weather conditions, including lightning, flooding, icy conditions, or extreme winds, may require service to be rescheduled.
Visibility Policy
Our team can only remove pet waste that is visible at the time of service. Areas covered by leaves, snow, tall grass, standing water, or other obstructions may limit our ability to locate and remove all waste.
If conditions prevent a thorough cleanup, service may be skipped or rescheduled. Regular service charges may still apply for the visit.
6. Holiday Policy
At I Got You Poo, we observe the following holidays and will be closed to allow our team time with their families:
Closed Holidays
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day (July 4th)
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day and the Day After
Christmas Day and the Day After
If your regular service falls on one of these holidays, service will resume on your next scheduled visit.
We do not offer makeup scoops. Instead, we will remove the additional waste accumulated since the missed visit during your next scheduled service at no extra charge.
Billing remains unchanged, as holiday closures are already factored into our monthly pricing.
Thank you for understanding and allowing our team time to rest and recharge.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
If you're unhappy with a visit, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to address the issue at no additional charge.
8. Liability
I Got You Poo is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing property conditions, unsecured pets, defective gates or fencing, or unsafe yard conditions.
Clients are responsible for maintaining a safe and accessible property.
While we take every reasonable precaution to secure gates after service, clients remain responsible for ensuring gates, fences, locks, and latches are in proper working condition.
9. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
I Got You Poo reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue service at any time if we observe or suspect animal neglect, abuse, unsafe conditions, threatening behavior, harassment, or any situation that makes us feel uncomfortable or unable to safely perform our work. We also reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our sole discretion for any reason.
We reserve the right to report suspected animal abuse, neglect, or abandonment to the appropriate authorities when warranted.
Any prepaid services not yet performed will be handled in accordance with our billing policies.
10. Photos & Marketing Use
One of the best parts of our job is meeting so many wonderful dogs!
We may occasionally take photos or videos of pets, yards, and completed work to celebrate our furry clients and share our services with the community through social media, our website, and other marketing materials.
We strive to respect your privacy and avoid sharing identifying information whenever possible.
If you'd rather keep your pet or property out of the spotlight, simply let us know in writing and we'll gladly respect your wishes.
11. Privacy
All client information is kept confidential. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to process payments and provide services.
12. Agreement
By scheduling or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
I Got You Poo reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Current customers will be notified of material changes.
Thank You!
It truly means the world to us that you've welcomed us into your space and trusted us with one of the messier parts of pet parenthood.
We're proud to help keep your yard clean and your pup happy. We handle the dirty work so you can enjoy the fun stuff. π
